Candidates

Before we can evaluate candidates, we need to find them. Comprehensive research is the key to success for any search. We designate at least two weeks initially to thoroughly preparing, ensuring no stone is left unturned. Unlike some firms, senior leadership is always significantly involved in this decisive first phase. We begin with a list of the most likely specific organizations in which to look. These firms are scrupulously explored to identify people that may fit our portrait of the ideal candidate. We rely on our extensive network of contacts, expert referrals, research from past searches, online and print databases, company directories, trusted industry sources and other means to pinpoint potential candidates by name and title.

With this pool of potential candidates, our insight and talent for recruiting really begins to shine. We talk to every potential candidate to gain a better understanding of how well they may fit our parameters. While our client is not revealed at this stage, this is where the recruiting process really begins. Since not every professional is initially interested in exploring new opportunities, we will work with high-potential candidates to get them to the next level-an in-depth behavioral interview with a partner or senior leader of the firm. This stringent process helps ensure the best fit with your organization.

You will get their resume-with credentials and academic degrees verified-our insights and any other information that may be helpful in the selection process.
